“I’m so excited to be able to return to concerts with an audience in attendance,” Artistic Director and pianist Kathryn Selby says. “Whilst our 2020 Season was largely digital with the wonderful filmed live concerts, it wasn’t the same without our amazing Australian audience with us in the venue. It proved how vital that human connection truly is and what it means to the art of making music together. It’s not just us performers – it’s really a collaborative experience!”

The first tour, in March, sees the return of two familiar faces for Selby & Friends audiences, violinist Natsuko Yoshimoto and cellist Julian Smiles, joining Selby for the first time together in a program of Bloch, Turina, Shostakovich and Schubert.
