Create NSW has announced the funding recipients of Round 1 of the 2020/21 Arts and Cultural Funding Program. Artists and organisations that will receive funding include New Steel City Strings, streaming platform Melbourne Digital Concert Hall (for its 2021 New South Wales program), Omega Ensemble, Penrith Symphony Orchestra, the Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra, The House that Dan Built, the Australian Haydn Ensemble, Selby & Friends, Darlinghurst Theatre, Synergy & Taikoz, Sydney Improvised Music Association and composer Cyrus Meurant.
