The Federal Government has announced that $40 million will be allocated to 82 arts organisations across the country in the fourth batch of grants from the $200 million Restart Investment to Sustain and Expand (RISE) Fund.

The RISE grants were introduced in June 2020 as part of the government’s arts rescue package. Initially the fund was given $75 million to help arts organisations get back on their feet after being stymied by COVID restrictions. This was increased to $200 million in March 2021.
