The 39th Sydney Festival, one of Australia’s flagship international celebrations of culture and the arts, kicks off this evening. Running until January 26, the festival offers over 110 ground-breaking performances, breath-taking concerts, thought-provoking exhibitions, astonishing installations and family-friendly free events to delight everyone from the most dedicated culture vultures to the culturally curious novice.
