Less than a year after winning the famed Montserrat Caballé International Singing Competition in the Spanish city of Zaragosa, New Zealand tenor and one-third of Sol3 Mio Darren Pene Pati has won the Audience Award at Operalia – the World Opera Competition run by the great Plácido Domingo, held this year at the Royal Opera House in London.
