Although the bags have been unpacked and we’ve settled back into life back in Sydney, it seems like only yesterday that we were finishing our European tour in London. For those of you wondering what happened after our appearance at Polyfollia, an international festival of choral music in Normandy, here you go.

We said farewell to our gracious hosts in Caen and headed for Paris – an early evening cruise along the Seine was the perfect antidote to our bus trip and allowed us to take in so many of the city’s iconic sights. Having marveled at the ancient Notre Dame, the more recent Tour Eiffel and everything in between, we finished our first day with a meal in classic Parisian bistro. After a day of sightseeing on foot we were ready for some singing and were not disappointed with the venues for our two recitals: Notre Dame and La Madeleine, both in the one day.
