The Melbourne-based artist has won this year’s Bulgari Art Award for his triptych entitled Imagine a Raft (Hard Rubbish 4+5). Cattapan is one of Australia’s finest contemporary painters whose subject is often contemporary cities, both their architecture and organisation and how we inhabit them.
