Upon reaching his 21st year, Frederic is set to be released from his pirate apprenticeship and marry his one true love, Mabel. But when the pirates discover he was born on February 29 in leap year, they demand Frederic remain with them until his real 21st birthday – which is not for another 63 years!

With Artistic Direction from Michael Morton-Evans OAM and Musical Direction from Atalya Masii, The Pirates of Penzance stars Gordon Costello, Tim Southgate, Tim Bate, Lincoln Scott, Sepehr Irandoost, Michelle Bellamy, Emma Hansen, Marisa Panzarin, Anna McDougall and Samantha Keating.

“The Pirates of Penzance is one of the great musicals, known for its fantastic music, action and comedy. This production will be a traditional rendition of Pirates, with one of two little twists,” said Artistic Director, Michael Morton-Evans OAM. “I have had the privilege of working with an incredibly talented bunch of people who have put their heart into the production to make it a great experience for the audience,” he said.
