Limelight is delighted to offer readers the chance to win one of three double passes to see Opera Australia's so-called "floating opera" on Sydney Harbour, La Traviata. Each valued at $230, the double pass will grant access to an exclusive preview performance on Thursday March 22, 2012.

The $11-million spectacle directed by Francesca Zambello pulls out all the stops: a fireworks display; a 9-metre-wide crystal chandelier suspended in the night sky; the prime positioning of a purpose-built venue at the Royal Botanical Gardens, overlooking the cityscape, Opera House and Harbour Bridge... Not to mention a 75-strong cast headed by the redoubtable Australian soprano Emma Matthews as Violetta. It promises to be a night of oohing and ahhing for seasoned operagoers and new converts alike.

Visit Limelight's competitions page from Friday December 9 and register your details by December 21 to enter. The winners will be announced in the Limelight e-letter the following day, just in time for Christmas. Three lucky readers will have a great night at the opera under the stars... But remember that interstate winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
